24/7 Emergency Service
At Mithra Leela Children’s hospital, 24/7 pediatric emergency department caters to children where they are treated and stabilized. Once they are stabilized they are taken to either the Pediatrics ICU or General Ward depending on the severity of the wound/ disease for further treatment and monitoring. The department also handles medico-legal cases including trauma.
Children between the ages of 1 month to 18 years are taken care of in the 24/7 Pediatrics Emergency Department. Babies below the age of one month are taken care of in the NICU.
Our hospital has three emergency and four holding area beds where the children are monitored and stabilized. The emergency room is well equipped with monitors, medication and trained personnel who are available round-the-clock.
